From mixing dough to whipping cream, the Globe SP20 can handle many tasks. There is a three-speed transmission and a 20-quart stainless steel bowl. In addition, it contains stainless steel wire whips, aluminum flat beaters, aluminum spiral dough hooks, and a stainless-steel removable bowl guard.
With its custom-built motor that can handle a power of 1/2 horsepower, this mixer ensures that you always have a high-quality dough mix whether you are mixing pizza dough, bread dough, or bagels.
This mixer’s bowl has 20 quarts of capacity so that you can mix a large batch of dough at once. In addition to being easy to clean and durable, the bowl is made of stainless steel.
Because the controls are mounted on the front of the machine, it is very easy to use. The buttons have simple start and stop buttons that make them easy to notice.
