The chef pan is made with a 6.4 mm thick sandwich base with an aluminum core to provide perfect heat distribution. The cast stainless steel handles are designed to not get hot to ensure your hands are safe at all times. The chef pan comes with a beautiful glass lid and features convenient measurement markers on the inside. It features a rim that was designed for easy pouring without dripping all over the place.
The Scanpan Impact chef pan has a diameter of 32 cm / 12.5 inches and the height without the lid is 7.8cm / 3 inches. The chef pan is suitable for all cooking surfaces (including induction). It is dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 260C / 500F. The Scanpan chef pan is proudly made in Denmark.
