How It Works

With three groups active, maintaining temperature and pressure consistency is an engineering priority. The D8 Total White uses a 10-liter AISI 316L stainless steel boiler with programmable pressure settings (1.0/1.2/1.4 bar) and a volumetric pump designed to hold output steady even when all three groups are pulling at once.

Group temperature is independently programmable from 90°C to 98°C, allowing different extraction profiles on the same machine. Electronic autolevel keeps the boiler topped up automatically, and the dual-reading pressure gauge displays line, boiler, and brew pressure simultaneously — so your team always knows what’s happening inside the machine.
