How It Works
The E61 group head design has been a commercial standard for decades because of its thermosyphon circulation system — hot water flows continuously through the group, keeping it at a stable temperature even between shots. The rotary pump maintains smooth, even pressure with less vibration and noise than vibratory alternatives, which matters in a cafe where you’re pulling dozens of shots per hour.
