Description
The rehrucken cake (almond cake) is an Austrian and German chocolate log cake with icing and studded with almonds. The Fox Run rehrucken mold is made from carbon steel with a high grade non-stick finish and features a flat backbone the runs the length of the cake pan for balance. The pan has ribbings that will allow you to easily divide your homemade rehrucken cake into uniform slices. The rehrucken pan has a 5 year warranty and measures 31 x 12 x 5cm / 12.2 x 4.7 x 2 inches.
